Option D Survivor Benefits:

James Walsh, spouse of deceased member, Linda Walsh (died 2/3/12), has submitted an application for survivor benefits. Ms. Walsh had 15 years, 4 months creditable service with the School Department as a Teachers Aid for the period of September 4, 1996 through February 3, 2012. Will the Board approve Mr. Walsh's application tor survivor benefits?
