Public Notice: Plymouth Contributory Retirement System - Request for Proposals

The Plymouth (MA) Contributory Retirement Board is seeking proposals from attorneys or law firms with experience representing Massachusetts public pension boards or systems to provide
legal services.

Qualified respondents will have established experience servicing Massachusetts public fund retirement plans and proficiency with MGL Chapter 32 and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations (840 CMR) Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC).

The Board reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole or part, any or all proposals in the best interest of the Retirement System.

Proposal deadline is 4:00 PM EST on December 1, 2022. Late proposals will not be accepted.
